Thank you for shopping at Polina Urvantseva Gallery. My team and I take great pride in our artwork, and we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Original Paintings
I offer free returns on all original paintings. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the painting within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact me at info@artbypolina.com with your order details. The painting must be returned in its original condition and packaging. I will provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.
Print-on-Demand (POD) Wall Art
Since all print-on-demand (POD) items are custom-made specifically for each order, I do not accept returns or offer refunds on these products. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to me within 7 days of delivery at info@artbypolina.com with photos of the damage. My team and I will work with our production partner to provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Cancellations

Original Paintings: You may cancel your order before shipment for a full refund. Once shipped, the return process applies.

Print-on-Demand Items: Since POD items are custom-made, cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing the order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact me at info@artbypolina.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. My team and I will do our best to resolve the matter promptly by offering a replacement or a refund where applicable.
Refund Processing
Once your return (for original paintings) is received and inspected, I will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. If a replacement is issued for a damaged POD item, I will provide tracking details as soon as it ships.
